Mindfulness in the workplace: Changing business from the inside out

Employees today face increasing demands and stress levels in the workplace. These high stress levels may result in decreased effectiveness, creativity and efficiency as well as contribute to low workplace morale.

Decades ago, employers never considered the thought of addressing employee mindfulness. However, in recent years, the mindfulness trend has begun to transform the American workplace as we focus on the whole well-being and resting the mind, as well as taking care of the body.

TVH along with many large companies like General Mills, Ford, Target and Google have encouraged their employees from the warehouses to the executive suites to take the time for mindful practices to relax and recharge.
